When applying for scholarships, the prospective first-year undergraduate students of the University of Latvia must attach their 12th grade certificate with statement of records, as well as the results of the centralized exams (CE) to the electronic application.

The submission procedure stipulates that the recommendations are prepared in DOC or PDF format and sent to the University of Latvia Foundation’s email by the specific deadline, attaching the file/s to the email message.
